Write your answer in 200 to 250 words.

I had always been confident in my abilities, sometimes too confident for my own good. When my teacher assigned us an important project, I felt sure that I could complete it easily. Instead of starting early like my classmates, I chose to delay my work, thinking that I would have plenty of time later.

However, as the deadline approached, I began to feel anxious. When I finally started working on the project, I realised that it was much more complicated than I had expected. I had to gather information, organise my ideas, and prepare a proper presentation. With very little time left, I rushed through everything and stayed up late trying to complete it.

On the day of submission, I knew that my work was not my best. A few days later, when the teacher returned our projects, I received a low mark. I felt extremely disappointed and embarrassed because I knew I could have done much better if I had managed my time wisely.

That experience taught me an important lesson about responsibility and discipline. From then on, I made sure to start my work early and plan my time carefully. It was a lesson I would never forget.

‘The Importance of Exercise’

Write your article in 200 to 250 words.

The Importance of Exercise

In today’s fast-paced world, many teenagers are becoming less active due to the increasing use of technology such as smartphones, computers, and playing video games. However, exercise plays a crucial role in maintaining both physical and mental health. It helps to strengthen the body, improve stamina, and reduce stress after a long day at school.

Teenagers should exercise regularly. Ideally, at least three to five times a week. Activities such as jogging, cycling, swimming, or playing sports like badminton, basketball and football can greatly improve their overall well-being. Regular exercise not only keeps the body fit but also improves concentration and memory, which can help students perform better academically.

There are many simple ways for teenagers to stay active in their daily lives. For example, they can join school sports clubs, take part in outdoor activities with friends, or follow basic workout routines at home. Choosing activities that are enjoyable is important because it encourages consistency. In addition, exercising with friends can make the experience more fun and motivating.

In conclusion, exercise is essential for leading a healthy and balanced life. Teenagers should make it a habit to stay active and take care of their physical and mental health.

Our New School Website

The newly redesigned school website is a significant improvement compared to the previous version. It now features a modern and attractive layout that immediately captures users’ attention. The homepage is neatly organised, allowing students to access important information quickly and efficiently.

What I like most about the website is its clean design and clear navigation system. The menus are well labelled, making it easy for students to find announcements, school events, examination schedules, and academic resources. Even students who are not very familiar with technology can use the website without difficulty, which makes it highly user-friendly.

The website is also extremely useful for students. It provides up-to-date information, homework details, and additional learning materials that can support students in their studies. This reduces the need to rely only on teachers for information and helps students stay organised and prepared.

However, there are still some improvements that could be made. For example, adding a discussion forum or chat feature would allow students to communicate and share ideas more easily. In addition, more interactive elements such as quizzes or announcements with notifications could make the website more engaging.

Overall, the redesigned school website is a very positive development. With a few additional features, it could become an even more effective and valuable platform for all students.

Your sports club recently organised a school event, but several problems occurred. Your teacher has asked you to write a report.

In your report, you must include:

Write your report in 200 to 250 words.

To: The Principal of SMK Taman Bersatu
From: Secretary of Sports Club
Subject: Problems During School Sports Day

Introduction
The annual school Sports Day is a major event aimed at promoting teamwork and healthy competition among students. However, the recent event did not run as smoothly as planned. Therefore, this report outlines the main problems faced during the event.

What Happened
Firstly, heavy rain disrupted the event in the morning, which forced several outdoor activities to be postponed. In addition, the main sound system malfunctioned, making it extremely difficult for announcements to be heard clearly. Consequently, many participants became very confused about the schedule.

Lessons Learned from the Experience
Despite these challenges, the committee members gained valuable lessons from handling the situation. We realised the high importance of preparing for unexpected weather. Furthermore, we understood that clear communication is essential to avoid confusion. Teamwork and quick decision-making were also crucial to handle emergencies.

Suggestions to Improve Future Events
To improve future Sports Days, we should prepare a solid contingency plan, such as booking an indoor venue beforehand. Besides that, all sound equipment must be thoroughly tested before the event starts. Finally, more student helpers should be assigned to guide participants for better coordination.

Conclusion
In conclusion, although the event faced several unexpected difficulties, it provided invaluable experience for the organisers. With better preparation and earlier planning, future school events will definitely be conducted more successfully.

Exam Tip: A report MUST include header details ("To:", "From:", and "Subject:"), clear section headings, and a formal tone to score well. It should NOT end with "Prepared by" or a signature line.
